Position Overview:
Join ManTech as a Security Administrator, dedicated to safeguarding our nation's interests. This role is essential in supporting our collaboration with The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Administrator, your duties will encompass:

  • Providing personnel security for program-affiliated individuals, including the management of documentation and the dissemination of relevant personal security information.
  • Assisting in the research, processing, filing, and upkeep of inbound and outbound visit notifications.
  • Delivering ad hoc security assistance for significant conferences and program activities as required.
  • Escorting facility visitors and maintaining corresponding logs, as well as aiding in the creation of facility access control badges.
  • Conducting entry and exit inspections, and supporting the maintenance of facility access control systems, including visitor management.
  • Maintaining personnel security files for all individuals associated with the supported element, while adhering to the customer's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responding promptly to security support requests and customer service needs.

Additional Duties:
Responsibilities will also include:

  • Processing access requests, ensuring that all necessary security documentation is prepared and submitted.
  • Possessing knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) government regulations, such as ICD 704.
  • Exhibiting the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Supporting security awareness and educational initiatives.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as directed by the contractor site lead or Senior Security Representative.
  • Monitoring and tracking security clearance processing activities in coordination with government personnel to facilitate appropriate clearance actions.
  • Preparing and processing classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in security administration.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:
Applicants should be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. For positions requiring access to technology or software subject to export control laws, employment is contingent upon verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining necessary licenses.
