Key Responsibilities of the Senior Military Administrative Coordinator:
Deliver comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance to high-ranking officials. Create and manage essential administrative documents while facilitating and disseminating general communications.

Offer support for meetings, oversee an automated daily agenda of all engagements, and proactively monitor office operations, suggesting improvements to technical or administrative documents as necessary.

Evaluate all incoming correspondence, including publications, regulations, and directives, ensuring proper routing through relevant sections, offices, and team members.

Utilize expertise in administrative principles to formulate new procedures aimed at minimizing conflicts and redundancy in work efforts. Act as a primary contact for maintaining strong liaison and effective working relationships with both internal and external entities. Establish protocols to ensure the protection of classified information and execute other administrative duties essential for daily office functionality.

Essential Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity

3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives

3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in calendar management

Experience in travel coordination and arrangements

Familiarity with interfacing with the Department of Defense

Experience in electronic record management and the Defense Travel System (DTS)

Ability to engage in a professional and tactful manner, advising personnel at all levels while fostering positive business relationships

TS/SCI clearance

High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in scheduling conferences and events for senior military officials

Experience as a Protocol Officer

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree

Clearance Requirements:


Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $38,700.00 to $79,000.00 annually.

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
