Senior Military Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance to high-ranking officials. Create and manage essential administrative documents while facilitating the distribution of general communications.

Offer administrative support for meetings, maintain an automated daily schedule of all engagements, oversee office secretarial operations proactively, and suggest improvements in technical or administrative documents as necessary.

Examine all incoming correspondence, including publications, regulations, and directives, and route them through the appropriate sections, offices, and subordinates as required.

Utilize knowledge of administrative principles to devise new procedures aimed at minimizing conflict and redundancy in work efforts. Act as a personal staff liaison to foster close relationships and effective collaboration with both internal and external offices. Establish protocols to ensure the safeguarding of classified information and execute other administrative tasks essential for daily office operations.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior officials
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in calendar management
Experience in coordinating and arranging travel logistics
Experience interfacing with the Department of Defense
Experience with electronic record management and the Defense Travel System (DTS)
Ability to interact professionally and tactfully, advise personnel at all levels, and cultivate positive business relationships
TS/SCI clearance
High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
Experience in scheduling conferences and events for senior military personnel
Experience as a Protocol Officer
Possession of exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Possession of strong attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $38,700.00 to $79,000.00 annually (USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
