About CCS AMERICA INCCCS AMERICA INC is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop our sales channels in North America.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively manage and grow existing partner channel sales, as well as develop new accounts and OEM projects.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing Partner Channel Sales, Develop new Partner Channel Sales accounts and OEM projects.
  • Report and analyze the US sales market for our partner sales channel.
  • Be the key driver in meeting the sales forecast.
  • Be responsible for effective sales management.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Be the key driver in the development of existing / new key partner sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key high-profile customers and sales partners at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Provide sales support at conferences and Exhibitions.
  • Provide timely accurate Sales / Forecast figures. Manage sales effectively through CRM system.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial automation sales experience in Sales / Technical support.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Experience with machine vision products and solutions preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Travel requirement (approximately 50%) visit existing and new customers and have current passport.
  • Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
