The Partner Sales Manager role at CCS AMERICA INC is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and development within North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing new markets, providing sales forecasts, managing existing customers, and achieving sales targets.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our Partner Sales channel in the US, Canada, and Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing partner channel sales, developing new partner channel sales accounts and OEM projects, reporting and analyzing the US sales market, and driving sales forecast achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing partner channel sales
- Develop new partner channel sales accounts and OEM projects
- Report and analyze the US sales market
- Drive sales forecast achievement
- Be responsible for effective sales management
- Achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key high-profile customers and sales partners
- Provide sales support at conferences and exhibitions
- Manage sales effectively through CRM system
Requirements and Qualifications
- Mindful consideration: Ideally degree in business management with some engineering/technical background or relevant field
- Minimum five years industrial automation experience in Sales / Technical support
- Previous sales experience is required
- Experience with machine vision products and solutions preferred
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Travel requirement (approximately 50%) visit existing and new customers and have current passport
Benefits
We offer competitive salary ranging between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
