At CCS America Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our industrial automation sales efforts in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within the region, developing new and existing markets, and achieving sales targets.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description
  • Manage sales activities within North America, including developing new and existing markets, providing up-to-date sales forecasts, and achieving sales targets.
  • Be responsible for the Partner Sales in US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Grow existing Partner Channel Sales, develop new Partner Channel Sales accounts, and OEM projects.

You will be working closely with our partners and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial automation sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of machine vision products and solutions.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 50%) to visit existing and new customers.
