Live Action is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our Grassroots Activism Program. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in the pro-life movement and possess a strong commitment to advocating for the rights of preborn children.

The Director of Activism will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Program, which aims to recruit and train pro-life advocates across the nation. This role is pivotal in achieving our mission to secure legal protections for preborn children, expose unethical practices within the abortion industry, and educate communities about the realities of abortion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee all communications with Live Action Ambassadors and regional collaborators, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and mobilization of volunteer activists.
  • Strategic Development: Create and implement tools that facilitate communication and resource distribution among Ambassadors and partners, identifying new opportunities for engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Establish key metrics for tracking departmental growth and goal achievement, providing regular updates to the Executive Team.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local and national leaders, including religious and political figures, to maximize organizational impact.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to develop training materials and resources for Ambassadors and partners.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed about the abortion industry and identify opportunities for advocacy at local and state levels.
  • Event Coordination: Organize training and community-building events at both local and national levels.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the pro-life mission.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in grassroots activism and partnership development.
  • Preferred experience in managing teams.
  • Knowledge of 501(c)(3) regulations regarding political advocacy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in media communication and social media strategies.
  • Politically astute, with awareness of current issues affecting abortion rights.
  • Self-motivated and capable of building strategic relationships independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in major business software applications; experience with Hubspot is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
