Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead resource mobilization, donor relations initiatives, and partnership building in Washington, D.C.
  • Represent UN Women in conferences/events in D.C. and strategic conferences and fora in the U.S.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in political science, international relations, public policy, women's studies, or a development-related area of study.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in developing and directing advocacy and outreach.
  • Experience in partnerships and resource mobilization, managing, supporting, and overseeing development policy-making, and programme and/or operations management.
  • Experience in the area of gender equality and women's empowerment.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of another official UN language is desirable.
