This is a hands-on sales/business development position, requiring an adept salesperson with rich experiences working with or for Acquirers, Payment Service Providers (PSPs) or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated payments transaction processing worldwide and a proven track-record in growing business and product/solution selling within the payment/technology industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting FEITIAN's IoT&Payment products, developing and executing strategic plans to grow and expand our presence, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for building strategic relationships with key leaders in PSP/ISV/ISO/VAR/PayFac organizations, converting prospects to customers, and ensuring they are on-boarded correctly.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or similar, and a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm to achieve positive results. They will also have strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, and be confident in communication with customers and capable of influencing them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote FEITIAN's IoT&Payment products and transfer value proposition to clients
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and expand our presence and achieve sales targets
- Complete customer discovery to identify key value drivers and identify the correct product offering to pitch
- Build strategic relationships with key leaders in PSP/ISV/ISO/VAR/PayFac organizations
- Convert prospects to customers and ensure they are on-boarded correctly
- Establish sales/business plans, objectives and the development of future strategies
- Present & evangelize to prospects & build long term, collaborative networks in the sector
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine the sales process
- Engage with the product and engineering teams to help drive product strategy
- Provide high quality sales and operational support to agreed sectors
- Track market movements from relevant players to support FEITIAN's product roadmap and broader strategy
Ideal Background:
- Highly motivated & hungry sales professional, driven by personal & customer success
- Have 6+ years similar experience in payments industry, selling a technical product or point of sale (POS), with a track record of top performance
- Have the ability to understand faceted technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
- Deep skills in integrated payments transaction processing worldwide
- Solid experience in the merchant acquiring and card present processing side
- Proven Experience in security and compliance certificates by PCI, EMVCo (especially L3) and the card brand networks
- Confident, intelligent, and motivated to develop within a high-pace, high growth payments brand
- Preferably be located in the California. Current office is based in San Jose, California, but you will work in a hybrid mode
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or similar.
- Proven track-record in growing business and product/solution selling within payment/technology industry
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Hands-on experience in a multicultural business environment and/or international/global sales role
- A self-starter, proactively taking ownership and completing them in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm to achieve positive results
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Confident in communication with customers and be capable of influencing customers
