Job Title: Business Development Executive

Comcast is a leading media and technology company that drives innovation to create the world's best entertainment and online experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for selling Comcast's Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. This includes creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
  2. Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  4. Acquire new customers through targeted businesses, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  5. Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  6. Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate effectively.
  7. Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  8. Collaborate with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  9. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota performance and above.
  10. Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  11. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  12. Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
  13. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but Comcast also considers applicants with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience. Relevant work experience of 5-7 years is required.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $65,000.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $115,000.00. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
