Job Title: Customer Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance technical expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and technical analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
