Customer Support Specialist

Stackline is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our newly created Support team. As a key member of our Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their success with our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and our support portal.
- Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of our SaaS platform and become a go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Team Evangelist: Demonstrate Stackline's values in all aspects of the role, including performance, learning, responsibility, and leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple projects.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and a strong understanding of customer support principles.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Empathetic and understanding of customer challenges, with a commitment to surprising and delighting each customer.
- Experience with SaaS technology and prior experience in a product support role working with enterprise customers.
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
