Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute fundamental technical duties that aid in the organization and realization of engineering initiatives.
  • Develop visual aids such as charts, graphs, and diagrams to represent workflows, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization.
  • Support engineers by analyzing the details and consequences of testing methodologies and outcomes.
  • Manage the creation and closure of Run & Holds for production-related process deviations and manufacturing procedures.
  • Revise and create Routers for Standard Processes.
  • Update Manufacturing Bills Of Materials (MBOMs).
  • Process changes to TOOL drawings within the Product Data Management system.
  • Oversee the Operations Change Control Process.
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineering with daily tasks, including issue tracking, maintenance, process audits, and documentation for training purposes.
  • Develop and maintain process plans for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects and Value Stream Mapping activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or an Associate's degree with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is necessary for access to specific information related to this role.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Familiarity with Solumina.
  • Experience in developing macros using Microsoft Excel.
