Key Responsibilities:
- Execute fundamental technical duties that aid in the organization and realization of engineering initiatives.
- Develop visual aids such as charts, graphs, and diagrams to represent workflows, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization.
- Support engineers by analyzing the details and consequences of testing methodologies and outcomes.
- Manage the creation and closure of Run & Holds for production-related process deviations and manufacturing procedures.
- Revise and create Routers for Standard Processes.
- Update Manufacturing Bills Of Materials (MBOMs).
- Process changes to TOOL drawings within the Product Data Management system.
- Oversee the Operations Change Control Process.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineering with daily tasks, including issue tracking, maintenance, process audits, and documentation for training purposes.
- Develop and maintain process plans for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Engage in continuous improvement projects and Value Stream Mapping activities.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or an Associate's degree with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is necessary for access to specific information related to this role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Familiarity with Solumina.
- Experience in developing macros using Microsoft Excel.
