Job Title: Contract Technical Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Technical Services Specialist to join our team at Bellwether Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead EUC initiatives and deliver technical services to enable business communities to leverage EUC technologies.
  • Provide technical support and advice to users on EUC hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and handling escalations.
  • Serve as a proactive point of contact for end users, addressing technology-related queries and issues.
  • Work with third-party IT service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues and manage changes.
  • Oversee EUC hardware lifecycle, including procurement, assignment tracking, and refresh schedules.
  • Administer mobile devices and subscriber lines.
  • Manage software licenses and deployments.
  • Support conference room systems and AV components.
  • Implement Incident Management and contribute to process enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in a comparable role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft EUC stack.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing EUC desktop environments.
  • Experience in hardware lifecycle and asset management.
  • Skilled in mobile device and subscriber line management.
  • Proficient with Teams-based conference room technologies and audio-visual systems.
  • Experience in managing Entra, Intune, Azure, and other SaaS tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, wi-fi, telecom circuits, and components.
  • Knowledge of server room management and maintenance.
  • Awareness of endpoint security best practices and general Information Security principles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, reverse-engineering, and investigative skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
