Our team provides technology and functional support to internal clients for issues including hardware, operating systems, desktop/web applications, mobility, conferencing, and printing.

We are responsible for supporting all customer-facing technologies and increasing and enhancing our users' experience through the ability to self-service and automate contacts.

The Desktop Technical Support Analyst will provide desktop support for Franklin Templeton employees, addressing technical issues, requests, and support of our IT Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include providing on-site technical support and customer service, building customer relationships, addressing technical issues in a timely manner, and coordinating and supporting technologies used in Conference Rooms.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support/helpdesk, high-profile customer service environment.

Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to actively participate as part of a team as well as work independently are required.
