Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at EOS USA. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing front-line support across AV conference room systems, network infrastructure, and service desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to internal users, addressing software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and resolve AV and connectivity issues in conference rooms.
- Support on-site end users for network-related needs and assist the Network Operations team with local troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in IT Support roles (Technician, Analyst, Administrator, or Specialist).
- Proficient in Networking, Wi-Fi, Mac OS, Cisco, Linux, and Windows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing user-centered support.
