Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Industrial Trade Services. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing solar systems, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solar systems, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale PV systems.
  • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and installation instructions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in solar technology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar systems and electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
