Account Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Development Associate to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our Residential Parts & Supply Store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely, quality solutions to their HVAC Parts & Supply needs.
- Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to partner with customers and grow sales.
- Execute quotes and order management processes with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail, or related experience; HVAC sales knowledge and mechanical aptitude beneficial.
- Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service in challenging situations.
Salary: From $25/hour and up based on experience, with a monthly incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages and may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
