Job Title: Account Executive

Are you a sales professional looking to build a career in a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Interior Logic Group, Inc.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to develop and maintain a diversified sales account portfolio, driving revenue growth and profitability for the company. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business through networking and perseverance, with a focus on growing the account portfolio to a larger revenue level.
  • Maintain a job cost gross margin percentage for the account portfolio that meets or exceeds the Branch profitability target.
  • Sell and promote products supported by the Branch Operations team, and serve as an advocate for customers as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with builders, and provide special quotes and pricing verifications as required.
  • Manage timely contract execution and obtain contract completion, including changes due to pricing.
  • Provide Design Consultants, Order Processors, and Production Managers with all required information.
  • Maintain bid folders for future updates, and manage internal billing questions and spec changes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with three to five years related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and effectively handle interpersonal relationships with others.
