OUTSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE – UNLIMITED COMMISSION EARNING POTENTIAL

At Total Tool Supply, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through the sale of tools, consumables, rental equipment, rigging, and repair services.

  • Compensation: $60,000-$80,000+ per year with commission draw (total earning potential exceeding $100k+)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Outside Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customer accounts
  • Building and nurturing relationships within customer organizations
  • Enhancing profitability through strategic development across various business lines
  • Communicating customer needs effectively to internal teams to ensure satisfaction
  • Establishing strong connections with vendors to leverage market advantages
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery and invoicing of products and services

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Motivated, humble, and driven
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service roles
  • Experience in the construction or industrial supply sector is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and meet Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) requirements

  • This role primarily involves sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting while using a computer.
