Position Overview
  • Develop and implement a strategic Sales Plan for achieving targets
  • Collaborate with operations to apply specialized knowledge to your department and trade lane
  • Engage in various customer interactions, negotiations, and contract management
  • Maintain and update sales activities using the Client Relationship Management system
  • Ensure a seamless handover of customers to operations while meeting customer requirements
  • Showcase expertise in company products/services and effectively drive sales
  • Utilize resources for success, provide exceptional customer service, and comply with regulations
  • Work with teams on Request for Quotation (RFQ) and pricing activities
Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of Field Sales experience in sea logistics freight forwarding
  • Familiarity with logistics processes and solutions
