Your Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will embody our brand values and inspire your team. Your extensive experience in beauty retail will enable you to lead the store towards achieving excellence in sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement - You will create a store environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction, guiding your team to enhance customer interactions and loyalty towards The Body Shop brand.

Sales Performance - Your management expertise in retail will be crucial in meeting sales targets. You will utilize your exceptional planning and organizational skills to ensure optimal stock management and adapt to changes effectively. Leveraging data insights will be essential for making informed business decisions that drive sales and team performance.
