Position Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in assisting the Store Manager with various operational tasks within a Seasonal Retail environment. This position is crucial for ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role starts at $22.49, which is contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Benefits:
Employees are entitled to Washington Paid Sick Time, as well as participation in Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to meeting specific qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in staffing, merchandising, and operational tasks.
- Ensure optimal sales and profitability by maintaining high standards of Guest Services.
- Support the development of staff and manage expenses effectively.
- Oversee inventory control and minimize shrinkage.
- Participate in the setup and teardown of the store, including physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Flexible scheduling is necessary to meet the demands of the position.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in retail management is essential.
