Position Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in assisting the Store Manager with various operational tasks within a Seasonal Retail Environment. This position is essential for ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, maximizing sales and profitability.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is $22.49, contingent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits:
Employees are entitled to Washington Paid Sick Time, as well as participation in Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of the Seasonal Store.
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining high standards of Guest Services.
- Help develop and train staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Control expenses and manage shrinkage effectively.
- Oversee merchandising and inventory control to optimize sales.

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Flexible scheduling is necessary to meet store needs.
- Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in retail management is required.
