Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Media will be instrumental in the development, execution, and oversight of our paid media strategies for Revlon North America, encompassing both the US and Canada across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of comprehensive paid media strategies aimed at promoting our brands and products, including setting objectives, developing target audiences, and selecting appropriate channels and partners.
  • Collaborate effectively across various departments, including Brand Marketing, Insights Analytics, Sales, and Digital Marketing, to create integrated marketing plans that engage consumers at all touchpoints.
  • Identify and foster brand partnerships and activations that are rooted in insightful data, culturally relevant, and aligned with our communication goals.
  • Support the Media Agency of Record in the development and execution of paid media initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights, monitor key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for enhancing campaign efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs and sales objectives.
  • Drive media innovation and implement thoughtful testing and learning strategies across digital media platforms.
  • Stay informed about marketplace and cultural trends, offering actionable insights and strategic direction.
  • Manage ongoing media budget oversight and collaborate with Finance and Operations teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for all media invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Maintain and organize essential team documents, including budget processes, flowcharts, creative specifications, and reporting calendars, while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in media and/or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
  • Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across functions; proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in deriving insights and applying them to media strategies and plans.
  • Experience in media analytics, including brand lift studies and site analytics.
  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
