Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Media will be integral in developing, executing, and managing the paid media strategies for Revlon North America, covering both the US and Canada across all brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies aimed at promoting our brands and products, including setting objectives, audience development, and selecting appropriate channels and partners.
- Collaborate effectively across various departments, including Brand Marketing, Insights Analytics, Sales, and Digital Marketing, to drive integrated marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints.
- Identify and support brand partnerships and activations that are based on insightful data, culturally relevant, and aligned with communication objectives.
- Support the Media Agency of Record in developing and executing paid media plans.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, monitor key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for enhancing campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive media innovation and implement thoughtful testing and learning strategies across digital media platforms.
- Stay informed on marketplace and cultural trends, providing actionable insights and leadership beyond daily tasks.
- Manage media budgets in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for all media invoicing and vendor payments.
- Maintain and organize key team documents to streamline processes, including budget and invoice tracking, creative specifications, and reporting calendars.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-3 years of experience in media and/or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency or brand setting.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in media analytics, including brand lift and site analytics.
- Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
