Position Overview:

The Assistant Manager of Media Strategy will be instrumental in developing, executing, and overseeing our paid media initiatives across all Revlon brands in North America. This role is crucial for implementing and optimizing comprehensive media campaigns that align with our core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of holistic paid media strategies aimed at promoting our brands and products, including setting objectives, audience targeting, and selecting appropriate channels and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in brand management, media, public relations, analytics, and sales to create integrated marketing strategies across all consumer engagement points.
  • Identify and develop brand partnerships and activations based on insightful data and cultural relevance to meet communication goals.
  • Support the Media Agency of Record in crafting and executing paid media plans.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights, monitor key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Encourage media innovation and implement thoughtful testing strategies across digital media platforms.
  • Stay informed on market trends and cultural shifts to provide actionable insights and leadership beyond daily tasks.
  • Manage media budgets and collaborate with finance and operations teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for media invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Organize and maintain essential team documents to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in media and/or integrated marketing, preferably in an agency or brand setting.
  • Proven project management and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to extract insights and apply them to media strategies.
  • Experience in media analytics, including brand lift and site analytics.
  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage overlapping workstreams in a dynamic environment.
