Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Media will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and managing Revlon North America's paid media strategies across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies to elevate our brands and products, focusing on objective setting, audience targeting, and channel selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Insights Analytics, and Digital Marketing, to drive integrated marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Identify brand partnerships and activations that resonate with cultural trends and fulfill communication objectives.
  • Support the Media Agency of Record in the execution of paid media plans.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights, monitor key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
  • Encourage media innovation and implement thoughtful testing strategies across digital platforms.
  • Stay informed on marketplace trends and provide actionable insights to drive thought leadership.
  • Manage media budgets and collaborate with Finance/Operations teams.
  • Serve as the internal contact for media invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Organize and maintain key team documents to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in media and/or integrated marketing, preferably in an agency or brand setting.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to foster relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in media analytics, including brand lift and site analytics.
  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage overlapping workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
