Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team at ASAP Personnel Services - Arkansas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment to our vendors, while maintaining a high level of compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, bills, and other payment documents.
  • Prepare and submit timely payment requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to accounts payable, including vendor contact information and payment history.
  • Balance cash drawer and prepare deposit for the bank.
  • Balance credit cards from prior day and post.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:30a-5p or 8a-5:30p or 7:30a-5:30p (whichever preferred)

Compensation:

$17-20/hour DOE
