Senior Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to drive Enterprise sales in the North American market. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the scale-up of our market presence by identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales process from end-to-end, and nurturing relationships with our accounts to secure renewal and identify upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying leads through various prospecting methods
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signature
- Nurture relationships with accounts to secure renewal and identify upsell opportunities
- Be accountable for data quality in our CRM and leverage it to monitor key KPIs
- Identify, structure, and summarize feedback from field experience to internal teams
- At least 10+ years of sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment
- Experience in a Startup environment is ideal
- Comfortable mapping complex organizations to identify key stakeholders to reach out to and influence
- Ability to balance farming and hunting sales approaches
- Deep interest or experience in Sustainability
