Senior Sales Account Executive

Yardi Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our Commercial Large Strategic Account team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and cultivating strong prospect relationships within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Heavy prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities for a designated territory.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Yardi products, industry, and competition to present value propositions to clients and/or prospects to develop a sufficient pipeline and meet individual sales goals.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with all key decision makers and develop a deep understanding of the business needs for every prospect or client assigned.
- Execute full sales cycles, including lead-generation; discovery and goal setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning; RFP management; contract negotiating; licensing files and closing.
- Participate in marketing events to promote Yardi Systems and our products/services.
- Up to 50% travel required.
- Five plus (5+) years of successful sales experience in software or tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education.
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions and new business development.
- Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
- Results-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Active participation in marketing events to expand the client base.
- Regular completion of product certifications and performance reports.
- Yardi domain experience.
- Industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or applicable industry).
- Educational background or experience with accounting principles.

Annual base salary range: $100,000 - $110,000
