Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of Clinical Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leaders, physicians, and other key stakeholders to drive admissions and growth.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to improve understanding of and focus on our specialized level of care.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to understand hospital and market trends and advise teammates and referring entities on best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hospital or healthcare marketing/sales experience and supervising experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards, and proven success in relationship development and training/mentoring of team members.
