Claims Support Specialist

RemX is in search of a Claims Support Specialist to enhance their team. This role focuses on managing loss reports through various communication channels, including phone, email, and fax, utilizing an automated system.

  • Handle incoming loss reports from clients via telephone
  • Confirm coverage and outline subsequent actions
  • Prioritize claims to ensure outstanding service
  • Allocate claims to the suitable handlers
  • Input faxed claims into the system
  • Assist policyholders, claimants, and agents with inquiries related to claims
  • Maintain organized documentation of claims files

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center customer service role
  • Capability to navigate multiple applications concurrently
  • Strong attendance history
