RemX is excited to present an immediate opening for a Customer Support Agent specializing in Claims Processing.
Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday during the training phase. Post-training hours will adjust to 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a requirement to work four Saturdays annually.
Initial Onsite Requirement: The first 90 days will be conducted onsite. Following a knowledge assessment, there will be an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement.
This role involves receiving initial loss notifications through various channels such as phone, email, or fax, utilizing an automated system.
- Receive and document new loss notifications from clients via telephone.
- Confirm coverage and determine the appropriate next steps.
- Assess claims to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Direct claims to the suitable claims handler.
- Input faxed claims into the automated systems.
- Provide assistance to insured parties, claimants, and agents regarding inquiries or issues related to claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claims files and manage workflow effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center customer service environment.
- Proficient in navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance record.
