Work Schedule:

  • Initial Training: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
  • Post-Training: Flexible hours with occasional weekend shifts

Employment Type: In-person engagement for an initial period before transitioning to a hybrid work model.

  • Receive and document new claims notifications from clients through various communication channels.
  • Confirm policy coverage and outline subsequent actions.
  • Direct claims to the appropriate processing team.
  • Offer assistance to policyholders, claimants, and insurance representatives.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping of claims documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing various responsibilities
  • Demonstrated reliability in attendance
