RemX is actively looking for a Customer Support Specialist focused on claims processing. This role is essential in managing incoming claims notifications from clients and ensuring high-quality assistance is delivered throughout the claims journey.
Work Schedule:
- Initial Training: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
- Post-Training: Flexible hours with occasional weekend shifts
Employment Type: In-person engagement for an initial period before transitioning to a hybrid work model.
- Receive and document new claims notifications from clients through various communication channels.
- Confirm policy coverage and outline subsequent actions.
- Direct claims to the appropriate processing team.
- Offer assistance to policyholders, claimants, and insurance representatives.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping of claims documentation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center
- Proficient in multitasking and managing various responsibilities
- Demonstrated reliability in attendance
