Regional Sales Director
The Regional Sales Director plays a pivotal role in steering a dynamic Sales team within a designated area to foster revenue enhancement and meet sales objectives. Key responsibilities encompass crafting strategic business plans, attracting exceptional talent, and mentoring sales professionals.Core Responsibilities:
- Articulate the sales vision and strategic business plans to the Sales team.
- Formulate a territory strategy to achieve quotas and broaden market presence.
- Establish collaborations with channel partners for business referrals.
- Implement marketing initiatives to cultivate local clientele and boost brand visibility.
- Recruit and oversee the performance of sales representatives.
- Ensure alignment of the Sales team with established sales processes and policies.
- Engage in training sessions focused on products and sales methodologies.
- Evaluate sales activities and outcomes for individual performance and reporting.
- Act as a representative of the company within the community to strengthen relationships and enhance brand recognition.
- Uphold ethical business practices.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading a sales team.
- Demonstrated success in achieving results and driving market growth.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop sales talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
