Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director plays a pivotal role in steering a dynamic Sales team within a designated area to foster revenue enhancement and meet sales objectives. Key responsibilities encompass crafting strategic business plans, attracting exceptional talent, and mentoring sales professionals.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Articulate the sales vision and strategic business plans to the Sales team.
  • Formulate a territory strategy to achieve quotas and broaden market presence.
  • Establish collaborations with channel partners for business referrals.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to cultivate local clientele and boost brand visibility.
  • Recruit and oversee the performance of sales representatives.
  • Ensure alignment of the Sales team with established sales processes and policies.
  • Engage in training sessions focused on products and sales methodologies.
  • Evaluate sales activities and outcomes for individual performance and reporting.
  • Act as a representative of the company within the community to strengthen relationships and enhance brand recognition.
  • Uphold ethical business practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading a sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results and driving market growth.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop sales talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
