Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to hit or exceed territory growth and revenue expectations
- Initiate and execute new sales for our Pathology Watch digital dermatopathology solution
- Develop and maintain relationships with current dermatology clients and act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot any needs the doctors may have
- Educate and train clients on best workflows using lab 'best practices'
- Liaise between internal departments including sales, lab, IT, marketing, and billing
- Support and facilitate lunch presentations, educational seminars, and tradeshows in the territory
- Administrative responsibilities include timely territory pipeline and revenue projections, expense reports, and keeping account databases up to date
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare preferred
- Residence in the greater Minneapolis / St. Paul area
- Strong communication, high attention to detail, and rapport-building skills
- Persistent, self-motivated, and outgoing with a relaxed sales approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work situations and environments
- Ability to prioritize, handle a variety of tasks, work independently, and with a team
- Working experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, technology, and Virtual Call platforms (i.e. Zoom)
