  • Achieving sales performance, revenue, and market share objectives, as well as brand KPIs, while maintaining ethical sales practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Effectively promoting and educating healthcare professionals and their support staff about Applied Therapeutics, Inc.'s products using approved resources and promotional strategies.
  • Articulating the value proposition of our products while addressing any objections or concerns raised by stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a specific region.
  • Experience in Rare/Orphan (Specialty Product) sales is required, ideally with 4+ years of experience across multiple disease states and product launches.
  • Familiarity with specialty drugs and HUB distribution models is preferred.
  • Experience in metabolic, endocrinology, or genetic disorders is advantageous.
  • Prior product launch experience at small to mid-sized companies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales performance, supported by documentation of achievements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong partnerships and drive performance.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in using business tools to identify trends and develop strategic business plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscapes, recognized as an expert resource.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and inspire others, viewed as a credible resource among peers.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, ensuring compliant operations.
