Position Title: Executive Assistant
Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative assistance to the Co-CEO and prominent members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This position demands a high level of discretion and professionalism while managing sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a diverse range of administrative tasks and support functions for the CEO and President, including the independent creation of standard and confidential correspondence.
- Collaborate independently or as part of a team on special initiatives; plan, organize, and coordinate events or projects as directed by the CEO or President.
- Organize and manage complex schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and other activities for the CEO and President.
- Gather information and compile various reports utilizing software applications; develop and prepare presentations using PowerPoint or other automated tools, distributing reports as necessary.
- Assist in coordinating SLT meetings and attendance at regional seminars, including managing hotel, travel, and dining arrangements.
- Handle business expense processing through Concur for reimbursement.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree (Required)
Experience and Skills:
- Over 5 years of demonstrated experience supporting one or more executives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Proficient in advanced MS Office applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, business, and organizational skills, coupled with professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
- Meticulous attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials, while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple competing tasks and demands effectively.
