Executive Administrative Coordinator

Contract Duration: 8 months
Work Schedule: Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 20 hours per week)
Overview:
Deliver exceptional administrative assistance by conducting thorough research, managing information requests, and executing clerical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute general office functions including procurement of supplies, maintaining document management systems, and performing basic accounting tasks.
• Generate invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial documents, and various other paperwork.
• Organize and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.
• Manage incoming correspondence by opening, sorting, and distributing faxes and emails.
• Draft responses to inquiries contained in correspondence.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Ability to maintain organized and confidential information.
• Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Educational Background/Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is essential.
