About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Acura of Laurel. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for determining the needs of our customers and discussing vehicle options to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Take customers on test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Lead Generation: Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Transaction Processing: Complete quotes, process credit applications, and handle transaction paperwork.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-up efforts.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by our carrier.
  • 21 Years Old: Be at least 21 years old.
  • Bilingual Experience: Possess bilingual experience, with a plus for Spanish speakers.
