Role Summary

In the capacity of Senior Operations Manager, you will guide your team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass hiring, training, and developing team members while ensuring that operational costs are managed effectively and quality standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ensure that heartfelt hospitality is consistently provided to every guest.
  • Equip team members with the necessary tools to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards at all times.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Gather feedback from clients and guests to enhance operational performance.
  • Support and communicate company initiatives effectively.
  • Address and resolve any guest service issues promptly.
  • Oversee the execution of menus and promotions in alignment with company standards.
  • Act as a liaison among various operational teams to ensure seamless performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, and sanitation protocols.
  • Achieve daily sales and cost management goals.
  • Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational demands.
  • Utilize performance management tools to guide and mentor team members.
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication within the team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
