Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Team Development: Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including greeting and serving customers, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, handling and storing food properly, and ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports as required, including sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to food safety, customer service, and employee development.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications: P.O.C. trained on all positions, Crew Leader Certification, and Shift Supervisor Certification.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
