Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet maintenance programs, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Fleet Maintenance Programs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a Team of Technicians: Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the tools and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Work with our management team to develop and implement operational plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all fleet maintenance activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as vehicle uptime, maintenance costs, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimize our operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive maintenance or fleet management.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in fleet management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technical tools is required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASE Certification: ASE certification as a master technician is preferred.
  • Transmission, Diesel, and Hydraulic Experience: Experience with transmission, diesel, and hydraulic systems is preferred.
Competencies
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technicians.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of fleet maintenance and repair, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
