  • Documentation and Quality Control
    • Ensure operators complete HPP forms accurately

  • Job Qualifications
    • Experience: 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred and experience with NetSuite
    • Knowledge: Computer knowledge, and proficiency in using training software and learning management systems (LMS)
    • Language Skills: Ability to communicate, read, listen, and understand English
    • Other Abilities: Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant content, ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize work to meet commitments/deadlines
    Working Conditions

The position requires work in a wet refrigerated manufacturing facility with temperatures below 40°ree;F. Additionally, tasks may occasionally be performed in a dry warehouse environment with temperatures reaching up to 85°ree;F and/or occasional exposure to freezer warehouse conditions at –10°ree;F.

Strict adherence to safety protocols is mandatory, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs with continuous motion. Must be able to push/pull 100lbs with continuous motion.

Must be able to navigate manufacturing equipment and facilities including repetitive bending, kneeling, reaching over head with both arms, stooping, squatting, and twisting.

Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights when needed.

Must be able to regularly use hands to handle, grasp and control objects with good gripping strength and manual dexterity.

Must be able to occasionally sit to perform desk work using a computer.

Occasional exposure to moving machinery.

Must be able to pass a fit-for-duty physical exam.
