- Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our flooring, kitchen, and bath product offerings.
- Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers, considering their specific requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Order Processing and Coordination: Process sales orders promptly and accurately using our internal systems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in the flooring, kitchen, or bath industry.
- Strong understanding of flooring materials, kitchen, and bath products, including different types of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and fixtures.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to effectively manage accounts, generate leads, and close deals.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
