Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with local real estate professionals in the Orlando, Kissimmee, Clermont, St. Cloud, and Winterpark areas.
About the Role
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing agents and brokers
- Prospect and contact potential agents and brokers to expand our customer base
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets by working closely with the sales team and leveraging technology to stay organized
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Key Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in home warranty or real estate
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with associates and understand their needs
- Financial literacy and ability to analyze sales data
