About the Job

At Sales Focus Inc., we are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the apartment complex, condominium, and commercial property sectors.

This is a dynamic, commission-based sales position that offers an estimated first-year earning potential of $35,000 - $70,000.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cold-call sales, B2B sales, and account management. You will be required to make high volumes of sales calls daily, identify decision-makers, network, and manage the sales process from initial contact to close.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure ongoing market awareness
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or cold-call sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google/Microsoft Office products
