Bilingual IT Support Specialist

Corporate Solutions Tech is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for PC and mobile-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile devices, printers, monitors, and WiFi issues.
- Offer video conferencing support, including onsite technical support during video conferencing events and coordination with client executives.
- Collaborate with the Tokyo office to ensure seamless support for our clients.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent desktop support and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Japanese language fluency and English-speaking proficiency.
Working Conditions:
- Standard business hours: 9am - 6pm EST, with occasional overtime and weekend work required.
