Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to provide support and guidance in achieving their recovery goals
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
- Work with the clinical team to provide holistic support to clients
- Escort clients to appointments and provide transportation support
- Provide education and support on self-help techniques and coping strategies
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- H.S. diploma/GED and Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) required
- Training and/or experience in homeless services, substance abuse treatment, and mental health services
- Bilingual abilities a plus
- Basic computer literacy required
